How I Developed a Virtual Reality Experience for a Fortune 40 Company
A sense of belonging is the usual cornerstone of anything my team and I create for any business, big or small. Building that for a company that's nationally recognized and huge is no small task.
That's why doing this very thing for Lowes was one of the hardest, best things I've ever done in terms of my career. We were able to bridge the gap between departments in unique and groundbreaking ways. In this episode of the pod I talk about how our process:
- Was the first to utilize virtual reality in a training context
- How I was given free rein to create a modern and sleek video that resonated across the board
It was such a defining moment in my career; It felt like anything was possible, hence why we included a virtual reality element. Because we could.
And yeah, because it ultimately benefited the team they were training, but come on, it was a major "future is now" moment. It was a crazy ride and I'm so proud of what we did.
