This all comes down to communication, and being able to sit in some potential temporary awkwardness with the ultimate goal of real, transformative change. Remember you're not here to give them what they want; if they were able to sustain their business off of that they wouldn't have sought you out at all. You're here to evaluate everything, and give them what they NEED.
