Remember Why You Started: To Give Them What They Need, Not What They Want

If we're not creating with our clients from a place of intentionality, then we need to reevaluate our strategy; content for content's sake serves no one, and I'm not here to waste anyone's time, especially my own. This means you can't be afraid, to be honest with your clients, and you have to operate from a place of bravery and steadfast knowledge. In the latest episode of The Dreamer's Lounge Podcast, I talk more about:
  • Delivering what clients need versus what they want

  • The importance of foundational work from you and your client

This all comes down to communication, and being able to sit in some potential temporary awkwardness with the ultimate goal of real, transformative change. Remember you're not here to give them what they want; if they were able to sustain their business off of that they wouldn't have sought you out at all. You're here to evaluate everything, and give them what they NEED.
