But here's the thing- and it's actually very simple- if your employees feel heard, valued, proud of the work you're doing, and don't dread going into work, they'll be more productive. That's why in this episode we'll talk more about:

If your people feel fulfilled and respected, they'll produce more quality work, and their happiness at work will yield more workplace positivity all-around. Checking in with your employees periodically gives you a good idea about the headspace they're in both individually and as a group, and can help you make adjustments where needed to foster an environment of trust and motivation while honoring the inherent human need for joy and rest.
